Estane VSN 9000 TPU is designed to improve the aesthetics and performance of high-end eyewear frames.

Mechanical Properties: Estane VSN 9000 easily exceeds the "Pull Strength Test" (force > 150 lbs. to pass), demonstrating critical toughness and flexibility required for resistance to damage and long-term eyewear frame durability.
Excellent Dimension Stability: Estane VSN 9000 absorbs significantly less water (tested at 70°C for seven days) and shows more uniform shrinkage than Nylon 12, providing improved dimensional control, essential to ensuring superior fit and functional properties.
Chemical Resistance: Estane VSN 9000 offers better chemical resistance to sunscreens, lotions, hand creams and other frequently encountered substances, surpassing that of Nylon 12 and Polycarbonate, for improved aesthetics throughout the life of the eyewear frame.
